Before arriving here, she spent time in a foster home where her fosters absolutely adored her - we don't have details on her past, but we do know she was well-loved. Rumi is a sweet, spunky pup with a bright personality and a heart full of affection. She's fun, friendly, and has quickly become a staff favorite... which makes it even harder to understand why she's still waiting for her forever home. We have no history on kids or cats, so slow introductions and a thoughtful transition are recommended.
