Hi, I'm Rufus, and I'm here today because someone believed my life was worth saving. <br/><br/>Hound Mix | About 5 yrs old | 60 lb<br/><br/> <br/><br/>I'm gentle, sweet, and one of the lucky ones! I was at risk of euthanasia at another shelter, but the director here at FCAC stepped in and gave me a chance... a chance to live, to heal, and to finally find a family who will love me.<br/><br/>The shelter I came from said I arrived with another dog, so it's suspected that I'm dog friendly. Here at FCAC, I haven't shown any reactivity toward other dogs at all. We haven't officially tested me with dogs yet, but I am reactive towards small dogs and cats, so I will probably do best in a home without small animals! <br/><br/> <br/><br/>I had a pretty bad skin infection, but I've been treated for it and I'm feeling so much better!
