Hi, I'm Rudy, just a happy guy. But, not too long ago, I was down and out. I was so hungry, skinny, covered in bugs, and had some injuries. I was making what seemed like my last journey through a neighborhood when some dogs started barking at me from inside their safe and warm home. Thankfully, that sent their owner in my direction. She picked me up, fed me, vetted me, and I slept like a baby. Sadly, she couldn't keep me, but found the most amazing rescue group to continue my care and to help me search for a FurEver home. Talk about a village!!!<br/><br/>I am doing so well now, have been neutered (ok, that wasn't so great), am current on heartworm preventative, all shots, and just trying to patiently wait on a permanent place to call home. I am so happy and love to play with other dogs. I am a bit too much for small dogs to handle, so it's best I go to a home with dogs my size and no cats. I have some white on my face, but don't be mistaken, I'm still young at about 2 years old. I've definitely put some pounds back on, I'm up to my playing weight of 50 lbs.<br/><br/>Don't wait!
