Getting to know our newest DiscoverMe Dog™ Rudy over this past week has been so much fun! His temporary DMP foster family reports that Rudy is a shy, sweet little guy and they’ve found he’s an expert cuddler too. He’s very quiet, not a barker and has excellent leash manners!<br/><br/>Little Rudy is really starting to come out of his shell, and the more we learn about him the more we love him. His temp foster fur sibling is teaching him how to play, and he's discovering the joy of toys! This petite cutie is just a pup at 2 years old and a pint sized 10 lbs, and he’d love to be the adored furry family member of his very own home! Because Rudy’s so timid, we think he’d do best in a home with older kids if any. He has really taken to his temp foster’s teenage son and we think a mellow home would suit him nicely. A companion dog to help show him the ropes would be a special bonus as Rudy really looks to his foster bro for guidance. It’s so cute :)<br/><br/>We are looking for either an adopter or a long term foster for Rudy. He's available for public adoption from the shelter for the low adoption fee of $35! We share that valuable information with shelter staff and potential adopters in order to aid shelter marketing and adopter selection.
