He came to rescue as a stray from one of our shelter partners. He needed some TLC, but has enjoyed very much gaining those 17lbs & learning that life as an inside dog is paw-some! Rudy is housetrained & okay on a leash, but isn't terribly fond of being crated. Cats are a question mark, but a dog-savvy cat would probably be OK. People of all types are awesome, especially ones who have food bowls or snacks to share. Rudy loves to run, so will do best in a home with a fenced yard or local dog park where he can exercise & explore. A dog buddy would be fantastic, but is willing to consider life as a SHD (single hound dog) for the right family.
