He was on the euthanasia list at the Humane Society when we were alerted that he needed help. He is very sweet and human friendly. He will carry around his bowl when he is hungry and he carries around a stuffy for playtime. He is good on a leash and listens politely. Rudy does have a strong prey drive so a home with cats is probably not a great match. He also has some negative reactions to other dogs while on a leash. We are currently working with a trainer to assist with manners and over stimulation. Submit Adoption Application Adoption applications for our pups and cats can be found using this link: https://www.amazingstraysrescue.org/forms-applications Please note: puppies are only adoptable to residents of San Diego county. 2. Interview If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you. 3. Home Check After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check. 4. Meet the Pet The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet. 5. Pay Fee 6. Sign Adoption Contract Please note: we are a volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant.
