He is an all black little Chihuahua under one yr old. He is a total lover and loves to cuddle w/his foster brother and sister and foster parents. He is very very obedient and a fast learner. He is the one on the right side (his foster brother looks a lot like him). He is quite small so no small children under 10 yrs old please. He want to snuggle and be your best friend.
