Rudolph's Story

living with Rudy IS an adventure. Not only is he a total goofball, he's like what would happen if a monkey got ahold of too many energy drinks. But imagine the joy of living a life like Rudy's where everything in the world is a toy (until foster mommy takes it away). His only mood is Happy. He loves everything and everyone. Does he ever just.. chill out? Look, Rudy is only about a year old, he's got a long life ahead of him (as long as he stays out of medicine cabinets) and we are sure that at some point in his future, he will slow down. Today? is probably not that day. That being said, he will happily hang out with you, just laying at your feet. He would just like to be gnawing on a chewie while he does that. Keeping him busy and engaged is the key--he thrives with attention and exercise and he is learning SO much. It helps that he's super food motivated and it takes him only about a minute to pick up a new trick. Rudy would thrive in an active home who would appreciate his incredibly playful spirit. <br/>Interested in Adoption? Our adoptions require an approved application, which can be found on our website. If you have an already approved application, the best way to reach us is via email at woof@austinocckerrescue.org. We accept applicants who live within the State of Texas -- we do not ship or transport dogs.
