Rubble’s past is a little uncertain, but from what we’ve learned, his former owner struggled with stable housing and at one point was living in a tent. While we don’t know everything he’s been through, we’re looking forward to helping him find a stable, loving home of his own.<br/><br/>Rubble can be a little shy when meeting new people, but don’t let that fool you!
