Rubble's Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Rubble!

Rubble is a giant-breed puppy with an even bigger personality! After being abandoned by his previous owner, he came to Diamonds in the Ruff with skin issues, fear, and anxiety. With consistent care and training, he's made tremendous progress and continues to improve every day.

Rubble is energetic, eager to learn, and highly food motivated, making training fun and rewarding. He'll do best with an experienced, patient adopter who is committed to continuing his training, providing plenty of exercise, and helping him build confidence.

One of Rubble's biggest needs is learning to trust people. He doesn't immediately accept new humans into his circle and needs slow introductions and time to build a relationship. His future family must understand that trust with Rubble is earned—not rushed. Once he feels safe, he forms a deep bond and becomes an incredibly loyal companion.

Rubble is generally neutral around other dogs but is still learning appropriate social skills. Because of his size and enthusiasm, he'd do best with a tolerant female dog (no male dogs) or as your one and only. He is not a good fit for homes with small dogs or cats.

Rubble is looking for a calm, structured home with no young children—one that will give him the time, patience, and consistency he needs to continue becoming the amazing dog we know he can be. â–o We do not adopt to Canada due to border restrictions and breed-specific legislation â–o We adopt & foster locally only ; within an approximately 55 mile radius of Lockport, NY 14094 USA
Adoption donation includes Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, deworming & flea treatment.
