Roy's Story

Meet Roy A Loyal Heart, A Free Spirit, A Best Friend

Roy is a one-year-old large Terrier mix with a zest for life and a heart full of love. Playful, adventurous, and always ready for the next adventure, Roy is happiest when he has room to run, explore, and follow his nose. Whether it's chasing a ball in the backyard, hiking a new trail, or simply sniffing every interesting scent along the way, Roy embraces life with enthusiasm.

Once you've earned Roy's trust, you'll have a devoted companion for life. He's the kind of dog who wants to be by your side through it all—your shadow, your biggest fan, and your most loyal friend. He thrives with kindness, patience, and the freedom to be himself, and in return, he'll give you unconditional love every single day. Once he's comfortable he is a complete snuggle-bug.

Roy is currently living in a foster home with cats. He does show interest in them, but has been respectful overall and continues to do well with proper supervision.

He's already mastered several of the basics; Roy is crate-trained, walks nicely on a leash, rides well in the car, and isn't destructive in the home. He's also making great progress with his house-training and continues to improve with consistency and routine.

Roy would love a home with a securely fenced yard where he can stretch his legs, explore, and satisfy his curious nose. An active family or person who enjoys spending time outdoors would be a wonderful match for this fun-loving boy.

If you're looking for a loyal adventure buddy with a playful spirit and a heart of gold, Roy is ready to become your best friend.

Meet and Greets will be held in the St. George, Ontario region. His adoption fee is $900 which includes up to date vetting, microchip & neuter (booked July 31/26).

If you are interested in learning more about Roy, send us a message or fill out the application form below:

https://form.jotform.com/201853389773265;
