Roxy's Story

After being dumped on the streets, this sweet girl ran after the car of a Good Samaritan and jumped right in when the driver pulled over. The finder contacted both numbers on her chip. The first said he gave her away, the second said it was never his dog and hung up. Animal Control told her they weren’t accepting surrenders, suggested she should just put the dog back on the street, and said it was her own fault for picking her up. Every rescue she contacted was full. Her finder is now fostering her for Tails of Gray, and we are very happy to have Roxy in our care.
She's 10-years-old and weighs 56 lbs.
She’s incredibly sweet, fully potty trained, knows commands in Spanish, walks nicely on leash, and is quiet - except when she does that classic Husky talk for a treat! She even gets along wonderfully with other dogs and the cat in her foster home.
