Roxy's Story

So sad when a dog ends up at the shelter when an owner dies and did not make plans for their pet. Such is the case for Roxy, a 4-5 year old chihuahua who does not understand why she is suddenly in a crate surrounded by strangers. Although Roxy loves attention, she has been exercising her preferences and will need some time to decompress for her to become and equal opportunity cuddler. She would certainly adjust faster in a home with a family devoted to her care.<br/><br/>You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment.
