Roxy

Roxy is a gorgeous girl who came to the sanctuary after her owner wasn't in a position to care for Roxy herself. She made herself queen here and is an absolute joy! She came to us full of pent-up energy, but we taught her proper leash manners and walks have become a highlight of her day. She has learned to relax and thoroughly enjoys just being around people and watching the world go by. She has a big girl bark for our Amazon guy but gets full on body wiggles for all of us caretakers and volunteers who love her. She LOVES kids and is great with men and women alike. Roxy would need to be the only animal - no other dogs or cats. She is on no medications now that we got her weight down and some daily exercise, just an over the counter joint supplement for support. She is up to date on vaccines, had a dental cleaning and is in great health. Roxy is an absolute joy to be around; she has a nice mix of energy and cuddle bug.
