She is only 4 years old, and wasn't properly socialized to the outside world. Roxie is a quiet and shy girl who very much prefers men over women. She is a GOOD dog who gets along well with other dogs and is fine with cats. Roxie is fine with kids BUT a busy home with young children is not the best for her. She would do best in a mature, retired or work-from-home male only home or a home with a male and a patient female who will allow Roxie to adjust. She also needs a confident, resident dog to be her friend and show her how to be a dog. Roxie walks well on a leash and loves to go for car rides. A fenced in yard is required for safety reasons. She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped, 4DX tested negative and tested negative for intestinal parasites. Roxie also recently had a dental, which is something small dogs sometimes annually (so an expense you need to consider when adopting).<br/><br/>Adoption application, home visit and adoption fee required.
