Roxie (ADOPTED)'s Story
Our adoption process begins with applications first so email for an application. Our adoption fee is $300 per rescued cocker spaniel. All medical records are supplied at time of the adoption.

Roxie is a beautiful petite 4-5 year old red Cocker mixed with some King Charles Cavalier with a docked tail. Roxie seems to be housebroken, loves all humans she meets, and in general a very happy, loving cocker. Roxie's new home would be on who can take her walking, or playing with her. Her only requirements is that you be willing to get her lots of affection. Not a big request is it for a sweet loving affection little girl.

Update as of 4/21/07: Roxie found her forever home today. She will have a fence in which to play, trails on which to walk, and all the love and affection she deserves. We know that in her new home she will be treated like the little princess that she is!

We were contacted by the shelter in the mountains about Roxie who had developed kennel cough and they didn't want to see her die from pneumonia and contacted our rescue for help. Roxie was surrendered by her owner for reasons unknown. She is barely 14 pounds and we were told she was a cocker spaniel. Roxie is spayed, current on shots and heart worm and fecal negative and micro chipped.

Roxie has since recovered from the kennel cough she contracted in the shelter in the mountains. Roxie would be happiest as an only dog but seem to get along with non-dominant dogs. Roxie is now current on all shots, and has been treated for her tonsillitis issues she had which turned out not to be kennel cough. She did well with her grooming and is a sweet loving girl.
