Roxie's Story

Roxie is a 10 month old, 19 lb, female Retriever mix.

Roxie is currently located in South Texas and will be transported to her new home.

Roxie is a very playful, quite petite Retriever mix, just raring to find her forever home and settle in. This spunky girl was rescued from Animal Control, and though her foster family loves her, they are not home enough to truly give her the attention a playful puppy like this needs. Roxie would do best in a home with a friendly doggy companion and possibly a fenced yard, since she loves to zoom around and release some of that puppy energy. She doesn't need a yard though, as long as she gets plenty of walkies! She does great with other dogs and has been around kids too. Although she enjoys snuggling with the grandkids, she does tend to play hard, so older kids would be better so she doesn't accidentally knock the little ones down. She lives in an apartment now so is potty pad trained and also can go potty outdoors. Roxie loves toys, especially the rope kind, and really enjoys gathering toys in her bed and then napping while surrounded by them. She also enjoys sticks, so we bet that this energetic girl would love to go hiking or camping. She loves to go for walks and enjoys meeting new doggy friends on her walks. Though listed as a Retriever mix, she is more on the fun-size, so if you're looking for a small and playful companion, Roxie is the girl for you!

Our organization only adopts within the United States and Canada.

Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $600 adoption fee includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies, spay/neuter, microchip and transportation costs.

If interested in learning more, please email us at faithandhopeadoptions@gmail.com or fill out our online application.

https://www.faithandhopefoundation.org/adoptionapp

If interested in learning more about our adoptable pets, the adoption process, or our home based foster program, please contact us at the above email.

Due to the number of requests that we receive on our adoptable pets, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received.
