He’s been working on improving his manners, and while he’s made progress, he can still get overexcited during handling and interactions and when frustrated he often grabs onto the leash and tries to climb up it.<br/><br/>Roux can be reactive in his kennel to people and other dogs passing by, a behavior that has increased during his time in the shelter. He will need consistent socialization, desensitization, and ongoing training to help him feel comfortable and confident in new situations.<br/><br/>This special boy is looking for a patient, knowledgeable adopter or rescue who is committed to working closely with him.
