Rosie did not have a good start. Her story is long and sad. She came to us from animal control after a horrible person abused her. Crates are not an option for this girl. Everything bad happened to her in an open crate. She will be marked as special needs. <br/>Her handlers here at the rescue love her so much that they have agreed to help whoever adopts this sweet baby.
