Rosie's Story

🌸 Meet Rosie! 🌸
Looking for a hiking buddy, fetch champion, adventure partner, and full-time source of laughter? Rosie is your girl!
At just over 1 year old, this happy Hound mix wakes up every morning ready to make the most of life. Her tail never seems to stop wagging, she's constantly smiling, and if you hear someone "talking," it's probably Rosie letting you know she's having the best day ever!

🎾 Rosie's favorite things:
* Playing fetch... and then playing fetch some more... and then one more throw! (She'd play forever if you'd let her!)
* Carrying stuffed animals everywhere she goes
* Tug-of-war
* Kong toys
* Shredding rope toys
* Wrestling and playing with other dogs... especially if she gets to win!

Rosie is incredibly intelligent and already knows her basic commands. She's eager to learn, curious about absolutely everything, and thrives when her mind and body stay busy. Puzzle toys, training sessions, long walks, hikes, running, backyard games... she's all in!

She loves being with her people and wants to be part of everything you do. She's happiest close by, whether that's following you around the house or relaxing on the furniture after a long day of play. While she's not much of a snuggler, she absolutely wants to be near her family. She does well in her crate but will let you know if she's lonely and can't find her people.

🏡 Rosie's perfect home:
🐾 A VERY active family
🐾 A fenced yard and lots of daily exercise
🐾 A playful dog her size who loves to romp
🐾 Or an active human who enjoys adventures every day
🐾 Cat-friendly
🐾 No small dogs

Rosie isn't looking for a couch potato lifestyle. She's looking for a family that will embrace her joyful, goofy, energetic spirit and give her the active life she craves. In return, you'll get a loyal best friend with a huge heart, endless happiness, and enough personality to keep you smiling every single day.

❤️ If your home is full of adventure, fun, and love, Rosie is ready to make it even brighter.
Apply to adopt Rosie today through Happy Hounds Animal Rescue! https://form.jotform.com/232695301179055Please complete our adoption application here:
https://form.jotform.com/232695301179055
