Meet Rosie! Rosie came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about her past—but she’s been thriving in her foster home! She’s estimated to be around a year old and has the perfect mix of playful energy and snuggly couch-potato vibes. Rosie loves to give kisses and soak up attention. She is crate-trained, house-trained, and learning her puppy manners. Rosie would do best as the only pet in the home, but she does well with children. PA Kennel License #8956
