Rosie's Story

Meet Rosie!

Rosie is approximately 3 years old (10/6/21), cattle dog mix, and about 50lbs.

Rosie is the perfect mix of energetic (let’s go for a walk or run) and couch potato (let’s stay home and cuddle). She has a very nurturing attitude when it comes to the other pups in the home (she can be found in the middle of the cuddle puddles, or cleaning/licking the younger pups).

She plays well with her foster siblings. She is potty and crate trained, and she does well being left out of the crate. She takes treats gently, and doesn’t have any inside destructive behaviors.

Rosie is a little too interested in kitties, and she had been struggling with long car rides (car sick). We have been taking her for short trips, and as long as you drive easy and have fresh air on her, she does pretty well. She’s also been going for boat rides and recently discovered hammocks. She begs to lay in them anytime we are outside near it.

Apply to meet her at www.pettalesrescue.com

Rosie's adoption fee is $300 payable via Cash, Venmo, or PayPal ($10 fee added).
