Rosie is the total sweetheart package. She's fully potty trained, responds to her name, and is refreshingly quiet -- no barking at people or dogs here. Smart girl alert: Rosie already sits on command like a pro and is currently learning fetch and lay down.<br/><br/>In her foster home, she's been doing great with her furry foster sibling -- playing nicely, then happily settling in to lay right next to them and enjoy each other's company.
