You’re my person.”<br/><br/>Rosie had a rough start to life, but instead of hardening her, it made her grateful.<br/>Every bit of kindness, every pet, cuddle, and kind word is met with tail wags and eyes that say thank you.<br/><br/>She’s great with other dogs and cats and would fit into just about any loving home.
