Rosie turned up at the shelter as a stray in pretty rough shape but she is such a sweetheart. She has low vision and may need to be a one or no-eyed pup at some point so she would likely do best without small kids who could potentially startle her. She is a sweet lady who just really deserves a comfy home to call her own where she can heal and be loved.
