Bubbles Dog Rescue takes matters of the frightening, rapid dog euthanasia - into their own hands. We pull dogs of euthanasia lists throughout Southern California, take them to a clinic and veterinarian, to be spayed, vaccinated, and examined, and find them a foster home.
