Rosemary's Story

If interested, please contact the foster home, Petfinder Profiles doesn’t always work.

Meet Rosemary, this 24lb, ~6-month-old girl from Georgia. She is a happy and curious, but opinionated ACD mix who loves hanging with her foster family, walks, naps, playing with her toys and getting into puppy trouble. If you are willing to put in a little work, this girl will be an amazing addition to your family.

Rosemary is doing great learning potty training and has been accident free for about a week now, she loves her crate, she sleeps quietly in there every night, and during the day while we work. Rosemary loves toys, especially if they squeak, if it has stuffing, she thinks the best place for it is her belly, which can lead to very exciting bathroom breaks. She does love her belly rubs and is learning how to snuggle with her people at the end of the day. She is ok learning the leash, but thinks it's mostly a tug of war game if you are not going where she thinks you should go.

She is a bit of a barker when meeting new dogs, but is very friendly and wants to play. In the yard she is extremely happy just lying in the grass watching everything going on in the neighborhood.

Rosemary is microchipped, and is up to date on all her vaccinations and preventatives.

She is being fostered in Jessup, MD and is looking for her forever family. Reach out to johan.stewart@gmail.com if you have any questions. Apply at https://www.acdra.org/adoption-application if you want to meet her.
