Rose Quartz "Rosie"

She is one of the 12 chihuahuas pulled from a hoarding case up in Anderson SC, where she was living with 41 of her closest friends. <br/>One of our "little" volunteers had a wonderful idea to name them after gem stones. Little did we know at that time, there just happens to be 12 precious stones, so it was meant to be.<br/><br/>She weighs about 7 lbs, a fervent size to carry around. She needs a loving home that can be patient and tolerant of a scared little girl learning to be a loved pet. Although they know humans, they were never taught affection and love. Her foster parents are working to gain her trust and showing her what a loving home should be.<br/><br/>Edt. DOB April 2011<br/><br/>WE ONLY ADOPT LOCALLY WITHIN A 2 HOUR RADIUS OF THE TRICOUNTY AREA. ***Exceptions may be made for seniors or hard to place dogs. <br/><br/>If the animal is under the age of 3 years old or has health issues, a vet reference is required which means you must own a pet or have owned a pet in your name.<br/><br/>Adoption fee of $265. covers all vetting including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip heartworm test and treatment if needed and any other medical that may be required while in rescue. <br/><br/>We only do adoptions on Saturday and not all animals are able to attend so if you would like to see a specific animal please let us know so that we can make arrangements for it to be present at the event. Event locations do vary so please check the homepage to find out where we will be this week. Please do not ask us to reduce adoption fees since all fees help us to cover medical expenses for all of our animals, some of which can be very expensive.
