Rose has not had an easy life but it's amazing what some love can do. In a short time, she has found her spark! You can find her playing with her foster siblings or some toys. When she came to us, her teeth were in horrible shape and she ended up having 16 teeth pulled. But man does she feel better now!<br/><br/>**This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.
