Meet Rose Bud! Rose Bud was surrendered in our overnight pen last year and was adopted shortly after. She was recently returned due to her reactivity, but that does not mean Rose Bud couldn't thrive in any accepting home! We are learning about what makes Rose Bud feel safe and that is what we will help her new adopters learn as well. She will need time to adjust to her new environment and for her owners to take it slow. She gets along great with other dogs, especially another dog for adoption, Jasper.
