Rose's Story

Rose is a very active dog. She is always on the go and wants to do stuff.
She likes to be playful and be silly. She is a happy girl. Loves walks and likes to do fun stuff with you.
Rose would be best in a home with older children. Young children would most likely get knocked down and over by her silly activity. she is strong. Just something to be mindful of.

If you are interested in adopting me or any of my friends here at the Brown County Humane Society, please call our voice mail number at 507-359-2312. The shelter is open for adoptions on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., so you can meet us. If Saturdays do not work, please call us so we can set up an appointment time to meet with you.

An Application to Adopt MUST be filled out prior to any adoptions. The application can be found on our website https://bchsnu.com/adoptions/ (scroll to the bottom of the page to find Adoption Forms) or by picking one up from the shelter.

All dogs have been vet checked, tested for heartworm, given age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and spayed or neutered, if old enough. Heartworm testing may not have been done on puppies that are adopted out before they are old enough to be tested. Dog Adoption Fees are $125 (+MN State Sales Tax) for SPAYED or NEUTERED dogs/puppies OR $125 + $50 Deposit (+MN State Sales Tax) for dogs/puppies that have NOT YET BEEN SPAYED or NEUTERED.
