ROSCOE is just 8 months old, and sadly, was surrendered because his family became homeless.<br/><br/>The reality is he was adopted out as a 12 week old puppy by another CT rescue who not only failed to neuter him, they refused to take him back when his family couldn’t keep him.<br/><br/>ROSCOE is everything you want in a puppy: happy, affectionate, playful, and full of zest. He adores other dogs, has happily lived with cats, and brings joyful energy wherever he goes. ROSCOE is the kind of pup who’s always ready for a walk, a romp in the yard, or a new adventure with his people.<br/><br/>He would thrive in an active home and would love having another playful dog his size to run, wrestle, and grow up with. A fenced yard where he can zoom to his heart’s content would be a dream come true.<br/><br/>He is now neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and negative for Heartworm and tick born illnesses.
