Roscoe is a young boy who came to the shelter when his family could no longer care for him. He enjoys chasing tennis balls in the yard and has wonderful leash manners. Roscoe's behavior is endearing, so he needs a family that will work on increasing his confidence and allow him to develop into a mature, well behaved dog. He can live in a world with other dogs and cats and ignores them when walking by.<br/><br/>Roscoe has the potential to be a wonderful family companion as long as he is corrected gently and reminded of his proper manners.
