Meet Roscoe
Roscoe is a young dog who is full of energy and looks to please his people. Roscoe would make a great working dog as he is quick to learn, aims to please and loves being outside. Roscoe often spends time on one of our volunteers properties working the land. He loves jumping in the tractor and sticks by his people to see what's expected of him next. He is truly in his element when outside and given a job to do.
He also loves, hiking, swimming, xc-skiing, tug-of-war and anything active and exciting. Roscoe is about 48lbs and around 2 years old.
Roscoe can be picky with his canine companions, but has made huge strides here at the shelter. We believe he may do best as the only dog, but would be open to slow intros here at the shelter with interested adopters dogs. Roscoe would do best in a home without children. Roscoe needs a good amount of outdoor space and would not do well in an apartment setting.
All dogs must go home with a leash and properly fitted collar. SCHS has these available for purchase if needed.
