He’s a true “shadow dog” who finds comfort in companionship and thrives in a calm, patient home.<br/><br/>Rosco enjoys his walks—sometimes with a bit of excited pulling—and feels secure in a crate as long as he’s in the same room as his humans. He’s familiar with using a dog door and is well on his way with house training, especially when kept on a consistent routine.<br/><br/>A secure yard would be a wonderful bonus for him to explore and relax in.<br/><br/>Rosco has shown some resource guarding tendencies in his foster home. He has been fed in a separate area to prevent any disagreements with his canine siblings. His foster family feels that he might do best as the only dog in the home.<br/><br/>Rosco is looking for a committed family who can offer structure, reassurance, and plenty of love.
