Rosco's Story

Rosco is beautiful inside and out, he gets along well with other dogs, very outgoing. He loves meeting new people and playing with other dogs.

He is very good on leash and off. He is still in the chew stage, so be prepared! He is so friendly and sweet with everyone. He's about 30 pounds, close to one year old, well behaved and is mostly completely housetrained. He's special. He will make a good companion for just about anybody! He's young, so he will need plenty of exercise.

RESCUE STORY:
He was rescued from the streets during a spay/neuter clinic and he's so good, we kept him at the shelter, rather than release him.

He has now made the journey to the US and is looking for his forever home at Lake Tahoe.

Los Perros Perdidos Foundation's Adoption Policy
We are rather strict. Our adoption application is extensive and comprehensive. We require a phone conversation prior to accepting the application. We don't do home checks but we require a video of the space, the rooms, the yard, the beds for the dog. We require photo and video plus text or email updates regularly, particularly at first. We invest a lot of our emotional beings into these dogs and we need to make sure they go to the best possible homes
