This sweet boy, Roscoe, was found in the saddest way. He was found tied to a tree in the woods in rural Vermont. Luckily, his finder was a caring person who took him home and cared for him until a forever home could be found for Roscoe.<br/> <br/>The couple already has 2 dogs, so it's a lot for them to take on another. <br/>They brought him to the vet to be neutered and to be up to date on all his vaccines. <br/><br/>The Vet thinks he is an Australian Cattle Dog and 2 - 4 years old.<br/>He loves to play and is great on a leash. He's been living with the other two dogs. At times, he has shown some food aggression or tries to be the alpha. Common behaviors. Alpha behavior typically calms down a bit months after being neutered.<br/><br/>We don't know how long he was in the woods, unable to fend for himself, so if his forever family has patience and can show him he is safe and allowed to be a happy doggy again, he will thrive. <br/><br/>This poor boy has been through a lot in his short life and deserves a chance to know that not all humans are evil, that not all will abandon him, and that not all will hurt him<br/><br/><br/>This is a rehoming situation, not a typical adoption through our rescue.
