Roo's Story

Roo is a 9-month-old ball of love and playfulness and gives the best puppy hug you've ever had! Roo is high-energy when playing but enjoys quiet time in her kennel. She does well in her kennel overnight and while foster dad is at work for 4-5 hours. She loves other dogs and is curious about cats. Her potty training is going extremely well and she has mastered the doggy door. Roo would be ok as an only dog but would benefit going to the dog park, Barks and Brews, and/or doggie day care a few times a week. She loves interreacting with other dogs! Adoption fees vary. All animals are sterilized, vaccinated, heartworm tested (dogs), FeLV tested (cats), microchipped, dewormed and have had monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. All animals are adopted to indoor-only homes. No declawing. Fill out an application at WAALrescue.org/adoptions to get matched with an animal and schedule a meeting.
