Romy's Story
Romy is an adorable 10-week-old Chihuahua mix who came to us as a stray from Fresno, where a tiny puppy like her didn’t stand much of a chance. Thankfully, she’s safe now — and ready to start her life the right way.

Weighing just 3.5 pounds, Romy is a brindle-and-white beauty with the soul of a big dog packed into a teeny body. She’s playful, curious, and full of puppy energy, even though she’s still very much a baby. Romy has already been spayed and is ready to find her forever family.

Because of her age, Romy has no training yet — she’s truly an infant who is just beginning to learn about the world. She’ll need a patient, committed home with plenty of time for training, socialization, play, and positive structure. We are looking for a house with a yard (no apartments) to give her the space she needs to safely grow, explore, and burn off puppy energy.

Romy will likely be around 8 pounds full grown, making her a wonderful small companion for someone ready to put in the work during these important early months. With consistency, love, and guidance, she’s going to be an amazing lifelong dog.

If you’re ready for the joy (and responsibility!) of raising a puppy from the start and want to help shape a confident, well-rounded little dog, Romy is waiting for you.
Help us give this tiny survivor the big future she deserves.

First Step Is To Apply Now
[Apply Now](http://form.jotform.com/underdogca/dog-adoption-application)
For application updates, forwarding requests, or any questions, contact us at adopt@underdogca.com.
