Romeo's Story

Romeo aka Ro (ladies man for sure) is a smart and sweet boy that loves affection. Despite being a younger guy, he can have a very chill demeanor. Ro does well in his crate while his foster mom is at work during the day (clean about his crate and the house). Flash a treat and point to the crate and he will run right in on his own! Naturally, when he first comes out of the crate he is ready to zoom and play. Ro LOVES his toys and loves playing with his human. After a short while he calms and settles in to chill mode. He is velcro and follows his foster mom everywhere. What Ro needs is a confident human to help him stay the best boy he is and learn the world is not so scary. He is very eager to please and easy to redirect. Training with treats is really fun for both Ro and his foster mom. It really keeps him on his best behavior and is great for bonding. He has done well with his foster siblings (dogs and cats). He likes to either ignore the cats or gently pester them when they are grumpy. Same with the female dogs he resides with. They are older couch potatoes that get crotchety when he is excited, but he does not react.

If you are interested in adopting Romeo, please fill out an application today!
