Rollo's Story

Meet Rollo!

Rollo is a 5-month-old puppy with the sweetest, most sensitive soul. He was the biggest of his litter of five, but sadly, he was also the one who got picked on the most. Despite that, Rollo has remained incredibly loving and gentle and absolutely adores affection.

He is a very people-oriented puppy who wants nothing more than to be loved on. He’s also incredibly eager to please and responds well when redirected. He’s still a baby, so he’s learning all the important puppy skills, including walking nicely on leash. He does pull a little, but it’s typical puppy behavior and nothing extreme.

Rollo is friendly with people and other dogs and does well in a social environment. He has a playful puppy personality but is also a sensitive boy who really thrives on positive attention and reassurance.

Rollo and his four siblings were rescued from a shelter where they were on the euthanasia list. The shelter identified them as Queensland Heelers, but we believe they may be a mix of Queensland Heeler, Jack Russell Terrier, and Pit Bull-type breeds. His exact breed mix is unknown without DNA testing.

Rollo is looking for a loving foster or forever home where he can continue learning, growing, and—most importantly—feeling safe and cherished.

If you’re looking for a sweet puppy who will give you his whole heart, Rollo would love to meet you.
