He is affectionate, confident, and playful. He loves going on walks, going for car rides, and chilling at home. He does great with other dogs, too! Roger was also super calm during his grooming session - what a gentleman. His love language is touch, so you can usually find him on or near you. His foster family’s favorite thing about him is that he makes great eye contact and is usually very calm and fun to take to coffee shops. He was found as a stray in the East Bay with a microchip, but sadly his former owners did not respond to repeated attempts to reconnect them with their pup. <br/><br/>📍 Currently located in Berkeley, Ca
