Rodger's Story

Rodger is a n approximately 4.5-year-old stunning male "silver" Labrador, weighing about 92 pounds. He loves all people and every dog he meets, greeting everyone with a wagging tail and a friendly heart. His favorite activity is playing ball with his people; he thrives on the interaction, though he tends to lose interest when other dogs join the fetch and grab the ball from him. Rodger is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained, and he learns quickly, taking corrections with ease. He ignores cats and has a cute habit of hopping like a bunny when he's excited, a little spring in his step that never fails to charm. Rodger would thrive in a patient, loving home with a steady routine and opportunities for daily play and positive reinforcement training. Rodger is going to make a great family member for a lucky family!

For additional information about Rodger please email Deb Cook Keavy: deb.cook.keavy@labs4rescue.org

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We receive many questions about our adoption process from potential adopters, most of which can be answered by viewing our "Adopt a Lab" page on our full service website, (https://labs4rescue.com/adopt).
