Meet Rocky, DOB 3/4/19, a blond neutered male Cocker Spaniel who came to us after being surrendered by another rescue. The original owner had given him up due to ongoing ear and skin issues that were said to be too costly to manage. Interestingly, Rocky arrived in good condition and has remained that way during his time with us. He has not required any special medications since coming into our care.<br/><br/>Rocky gets along well with other dogs and is generally friendly with people.
