Rocky is a 2-year-old Chihuahua who came into our care after his owner sadly passed away. Suddenly, his whole world changed, and he’s been taking his time figuring out this new chapter of life.<br/><br/>When Rocky first arrived at the sanctuary, he was a little shy and needed some time to feel safe and comfortable. But as he’s settled in, we’ve started to see more of his sweet personality shine through. He’s learning that new people, new places, and new experiences might not be quite so scary after all!<br/><br/>Rocky has even started spending time in a foster home, where he’s getting to experience the comforts of home life and learn more about what it means to be part of a family. We’ve been so happy to see him making progress and letting his guard down.<br/><br/>Rocky is looking for a patient, loving home that will give him the time he needs to settle in and build trust at his own pace. He may be a little shy at first, but with kindness and consistency, we know he has so much love to give.
