Hello, my name is Rocket, I am a male toy poodle, 4 years old and weigh in at 11 lbs. I was surrendered to the rescue by a breeder who did not need me in the program anymore. After 4 years, I am grateful to have the chance to find a home to call my own. I am a nice guy, but I am cautious when I meet new folks but as soon as I know you are nice, that I am eager to get to know you. I am a handsome guy who likes other dogs and I did not pay attention to the cats when I went to the vet's office. I am quiet but observant and like to explore my surroundings. Slowly figuring out how to just be a dog and part of my foster family and very respectful kind of guy to all. I am a treasure eager to find my furever home. We do not adopt outside of 3-hour drive of Richmond, VA adoption fee is $350.00+ depending on the size of the dog. This includes spay or neuter, shots, heart worm test and microchip. We rescue for life so you must agree that if for any reason you cannot keep or care for the dog you will return her to our rescue.
