Echo Glen Children's Center is a youth correctional facility located approximately 30 minutes east of Seattle. Canine Connections is a program that pairs the at-risk youth at Echo Glen with dogs that have not yet found succesful placements. In this program the youth are taught how to train the dogs in basic obedience through a reward based system.
