Rocco

Rocco was purchased as a puppy along with his sister, his owner was irresponsible and left them outside in a pen. His sister died of heat stroke in the pen a few months ago. recently the owner moved out of state and the remaining pets including Rocco were abandoned; a neighbor took Rocco while the shelter was closed but is not allowed to have dogs so once the shelter re-opened she dropped him off.
