Robin Buckley's Story
Meet Robin, aka "Rockin" Robin Buckley! Named in honor of the Stranger Things character, Robin takes after her namesake by being sweet and loving, generally calm, but at times very playful and silly. Robin is currently being fostered with her littermate and brother, Steve. Her foster home has two adult dogs, older children, and teens, all of whom she gets along with.

Robin is snuggly, sometimes vocal, and often playful, especially if another pup wants to play. She will certainly join her foster siblings in barking at any human who might be the mailman, but her response to humans big and small is to snuggle, lay in their laps, give kisses, or roll onto her back in hopes of a tummy rub. Robin's love of a snuggle or tummy rub has even led to her rolling or sliding off the couch multiple times, only to work her way back on to try again! Robin sleeps in a crate with her brother Steve and is doing well with sleeping and calming in the crate. She will need patience and consistency to learn her puppy skills, and would love to have a person looking for a snuggly companion.

Robin and her littermates were picked up as strays at the side of the road in a rural county in mid-December. The puppies spent ten days, including Christmas, at a shelter where they were cared for until being able to be transferred to foster homes. The puppies have all been snuggly, playful, and active and were more than happy to have access to yards, toys, and a quiet place to sleep! We do not know the parents nor exact birth date of the puppies, but they were estimated to be roughly 7-8 weeks when they were picked up by the shelter, giving them an estimated birth date in late October. We do not know breed mix nor adult size, but they are likely to be medium-large when fully grown.
