Roberto arrived in rescue after coming from a home with too many pups that could no longer care for him. He has settled into foster care nicely and his foster mom says: Meet Roberto — the kind of dog families dream of 💙 Roberto is truly the definition of a perfect family dog. He’s gentle, quiet, loving, and has the kind of presence that makes a house feel like home the moment he walks in. He absolutely adores people and is wonderful with other dogs. Roberto would do great in a home with older kids, where he can be part of everyday life — hanging out, joining in for outdoor time, or simply laying nearby keeping watch. He isn’t wild or demanding; he’s steady, kind, and incredibly easy to love. One of Roberto’s favorite things is being outside with us. Fresh air, sunshine, his human and a peaceful yard make him so happy. He walks well on leash and collar, enjoys his meals (never skips one), and is fully crate and house trained. In fact, when Roberto is ready for a nap, he’ll often put himself into his crate — a true gentleman through and through. Roberto is a quiet dog with a big heart. He doesn’t need constant attention or entertainment. What he wants most is a family to belong to — a place where he’s included, loved, and allowed to just be himself.
